Where in the title does it say 'vote on how many engines'?

And since you're not the OP maybe you're claiming prescience?

So the deciding vote has been made! The three-engine-jet has won with 6 votes (out of 22).
Next poll coming soon..

the OP is doing this in stages... the first poll was for airplane or helicopter... airplane won... when the OP changed the poll, some information was lost but they we able to make this one about whether it is (was now) x propellors or y jet engines... now that is over and it appears that a three jet plane will be designed and crafted... the OP has no yet posted anything about the next poll or if there will even be one...

"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it? Probably not, because if they don’t recognise their freedoms, they’ll let their freedoms fall

well. I would be more concerned about the challenges of getting those xwing things flying right and with a realistically tuned FDM :D

Hi EDNY
May I propose a rearragment of the poll?

more like this

* Purely Fictional
* Existing but it is an unmanned vehicle
* Existing but only prototypes were built
* Existing, produced and distributed regularly

:)

Sorry, but it will have to be a 3 engine concorde. It has been decided that it will be a trijet.

@EDNY

There are certainly more options

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trijet#Notable_examples

Like the Hawker trident?

The Tupolevs or the Yakolevs?

How about the Tristar Lockheed 1011?

The Martin?

-Maybe voting for any of the Notable examples in this list?

Keep in mind the MD-11 is already a well developed plane; The TU154B is also very well developed.
Maybe these don't need to be on the list.
