I have worked towards adding more cockpit and instrument details. Put a headset on the headset holder that bounces around with g-forces (I always wanted to do that, since I saw the 'onions! :-) ). 'Cleaned up' the center consoles and added EC145-style audio panels. The GNS430 in the EC145 now has a radio menu that controls the COMM1/NAV1 radio frequencies. Modelled a Garmin GTN750 that is typically seen on H145 cockpit photos. The GTN750 (not yet fully functional) features the same FG1000 Canvas moving map, as in the GNS430 and will control COMM1/NAV1 or COMM2/NAV2 radios, respectively (although the three FG1000 instances now running in parallel really eat up my frame rates..)

Pushed some updates mostly on cockpit/instrument details in the H145(M) to the drive. There were some minor things done in the aircraft main 3d model, hope it doesn't interfere with your latest tail modelling..

BTW: I noticed that the windshield was gone in the latest aircraft main 3d-model?

Just a hint: For those suffering substantial performance issues from running the Canvas FG1000 moving map screens. I have introduced "/sim/disable-fg1000" for the H/EC145. Setting it to "true" in your preferences will prevent loading the fg1000 code and give you back some frame rate. However, of course the moving map displays will stay blank.

Made a lightmap for mainpanel and other elements of the H145M cockpit to simulate the shadows cast by the floodlight in the overhead panel. This is contained in the recent updates I have uploaded to the drive.

There's a repo now? The download link in the initial post says last updated Aug 2020...

Sorry, corrected it in the post. It's not a repo, actually. You need to wait for FGUK's next official release..

I have added a electronic flight bag (EFB) page to the MFDs. Currently they contain just a few pages of check lists. If you want to add more pages add svg-objects with id "pgx", where x is the page number (no leading zeros!), to the Models/instruments/EUcopter-mfd-c/svg/efb.svg file. "pg0" is reserved for a TOC. And in Models/instruments/EUcopter-mfd-c/Nasal/efb_page.nas in line 26 change "var maxpg=5;" to match the new total number of pages.

The EFB pages may in principle also contain graphical (vectorized) material. I tried an approach chart, however the resolution and file size of the converted pdf were prohibitive for a practical use. Such material would need extensive manual editing before it can be added to the EFB.

The test switches of the new overhead panel are now functional.

Image

Setting the rightmost test sw. to the LAMP position tests all warning lights of the (now also new, btw.) warning unit.

Setting the fire test sw. to EXT will light up BOT 1 and BOT 2 indications for the respective engine. It is however not completely clear for me, from the A/C documentation that I have, what lights should really come up on the W/U in this test. Maybe someone has a better understanding and can assist?

Setting the fire test sw. to the EXT WRN position will test the fire warn indications for the respective engine. A warning gong should also come up, which is not (yet) modelled.
