That's pretty complicated lol, atleast for me who does not have any experience of any sort in making liveries.

I've added ALS shadow to fuselage in the latest update.

Awesome, when can we possibly see lights that don't look like the current ones but the more realistic ones? (its hard to explain but you get the point)

Overall, the plane is FPS friendly and I like it :D

Patience you must have my young padawan. :)

My primary agenda is to learn what's new in FG after my long absence (mostly ALS shaders).
I'm not an avid FG user, so I don't see what's wrong with Tomakom's light system.

P.S. I've also fixed altitude gain for the shadow.

Initial cockpit mockup added so you don't have to stare into abyss, also there are 6 basic (generic) instruments for testing;

Don't expect the full cockpit any time soon. I need to get more references and study them.

Also Blender's AC3D import/export script has some issues with normals, there are some weird darks looking polygons on nose and tail. :(

EDIT: It's actually shaders fault, I've ran it thru several apps and when you reduce model detail in rendering options it looks fine.
Model should be now even more GPU friendly, I've made all polygons one sided.

Pilot model (visible in external views only) added.

I'm done for now with ALCA development, short term goals are accomplished. Time to make some money...

Current updates are pointed out in my post above. Test it, report bugs on this topic and enjoy flying.

Is this disintegration routine (where all the mesh parts can be accounted for in the disintegration routine) the only one you know of in FlightGear?
I remember seeing a similar animation that was fed by actual mesh objects a long time ago and I am wondering if this is it, ie the only one of its kind?

IDK, you need to search the forum;

viewtopic.php?f=19&t=23226&hilit=disintegration

There were mentions of disintegration in original L-159, Cessna 172 (by you), V1 flying-bomb, Victor and Viggen.

This is it. It's been a long time since I read about it and was unsure if this was the same. I briefly looked at the code and don't see MP portion. I wonder if that ever was coded?

As far as I'm aware the MP part exists in Tomaskoms L-159 in Models/load-unload.nas.xml, which listens to sim/multiplay/generic/int[7]

It looks as though it's in the ALCA as well in https://github.com/pjedvaj/ALCA/blob/ma ... Unload.xml

Petar, I cannot find the repo anymore. Would like to try it out and maybe experiment with some of my new audio setup for jets.

https://github.com/pjedvaj/ALCA is not existent anymore :)
