No, if you change it to 0.01 it will increment the "autopilot/settings/heading-bug-deg" property by 0.01 degree if you set it to 5 it will increment it by 5 degrees. The property indicates the default autopilot is used, I suppose you'd have to write some nasal to have the property set gradually or write a custom AP.
