Fuel consumption in JSBsim

Postby bisutti » Wed Aug 27, 2008 2:50 am

Hi all

I was wondering if I can customize the fuel consumption in JSBsim, I mean, for example I want to change the fuel consumption for my 737-400 but I don´t know how can I do that.. I think that I need the aar.nas file from "generic" but I don´t understand quite good the nasal scripts, can someone explain to me how to do that?

aar.nas is the generic air-to-air refuelling system - probably not what you want for your 737 :-)

For JSBSim, you could tweak the fuel consumption by adjusting the <tsfc> in the engine config file.

I have another question... Do you know how can I run the "oil-temperature-degf" property?? because it works in YaSim only.. maybe I have to use a nasal code?
