I have begun to work in the cockpit, mainly porting elements from the A330...

It is still a lot to do... but the pedestal is now new.

As always, the download link is in the first post, and also here: https://andinogonthaeler.wordpress.com/downloads-2/

I see that somebody has uploaded my last version of the A340-600HGW to FGMEMBERS. But I am not working there.

The latest version of the A340-600HGW will be at https://andinogonthaeler.wordpress.com/. At FGMEMBERS there is a link to my hangar.

Personally, I would prefer to coordinate these things, and work together in team.

Yeah, you are probably already on an auto-copy. A lot of plane devs have it that way (including me) because it saves work. So the 340 I loaded was yours. The only Airbus I actually liked so far ;-)

Not a problem Andino
you have an extended invitation to join FGMEMBERS and coordinate with us ;)
Let me know your github account for an official invitation to be sent.

And thanks for developing this cool aircraft (+ others too, that are also in FGMEMBERS)

If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it? Probably not, because if they don’t recognise their freedoms, they’ll let their freedoms fall

Image New flightdeck available!

This new version 041 is a mayor leap. Most of the A330 cockpit has been ported to the A340-600HGW. There is still a lot of work to do, but the feeling is totally new.

The overhead panel has some clickable spots. Now it is possible to start the plane manually… no more autostart needed!!!!

Start procedure: APU buttons, then tanks selected, xfeed, bus tie, cutoff (at the pedestal), generators, and engine start. Then turn off APU.

The upper ECAM is new, taken from the A330, and adapted to the A340 systems, and engines. Following versions will continue changing and upgrading the instruments.

The download link is, as always, at the download section of my blog:https://andinogonthaeler.wordpress.com/
