How can I extract current version of "SH-60" file in

The downloaded file doesn't have filename extension such as zip or tar.gz, I could not determine its file format.

Are there any ways to obtain this aircraft (the -B version) currently?
The dropbox link does not work because it does not have an extension.

the real problem is that it is some sort of MAC bookmark thing... it is not a proper archive of the craft in question... someone didn't so something right when attempting to share the craft...
