This is an error from Blender AC converte :? I must be more careful with it. It was fixed, too.

Thanks

The aircraft failures was fixed :)

We made another interesting improvements to the model, too. The update resume is:

    * External lights added
    * Lights dialog in aircraft-specific menu
    * Pushback moved to aircraft-specific menu
    * Royal Jordanian and Honduras air forces liveries added
    * Added the SAAB RGS-2 gunsight for BB and CC versions, HUD removed

All perfect except:

- gear.WAV extension should be gear.wav
- Cessna150Flaps.wav should be mono not stereo. A lot of aircraft need to change this for effects for next version anyway, ;)

One question: Can this aircraft be uploaded to git?
System specs:
AMD Ahtlon 64 X2 Dual Core 2.2 GHz, ASUS M2N4-SLI,3 GB DDR2 800 MHz
Nvidia GT240 1GB 1440x900, 25-30 fps

Well, i guess is a decision made due a big improvement of the sound engine, isn't? :? if not, it maybe a big mistake... human ear always hear sounds in the 2 ears, having just a subtle delay (less than 1 msec) and few dB less (1.5 or less, depending of the distance to the source) in the "far ear"... and we need to considerate sound reflections, too.

The current sound engine just mute the "far ear" channel, and this is like a sound aberration; so, i always try to find stereo sources, much more natural and accurate.

Using stereo samples makes it impossible for the positional audio effects in FG to work.

I know. But i don't like the current positional audio technique (I'm an audio technician); so, i try to avoid it. IMHO, a stereo sample may sound more accurate than a not-so-good positioning technique.

But i guess a sound engine code work will be for an improvement. I hope it will be for the best.

I saw that El Flauta posted about a fuel system for a jet trainer in another topic so I post my tip here as well, for future reference.

Hmm, jet trainer. Perhaps the CASA C-101? In that case you might find this helpful: Q.T. 1E-25-1 Manual de Vuelo Casa C-101 Aviojet at Avialogs.com.

We got the manual before avialogs! :)

And, well... you are right, the C-101 got a huge FDM and system update  We are doing some adjustements before publishing them!

Looking forward to it. :D

Will be interesting to see if it is as frame rate friendly yet detailed and smooth as the 3D model. :D

Hi Pavel,

nice job! The round splash screen was a nice first surprise. The second surprise was the astonishing flexibility of the pilots' necks :-) (they do look great on the screenshot in the opening post of this topic)
All it needs now is a decent cockpit and then it'll make for a nice Friday evening flight!

Cheers,
Gijs

Thanks, Gijs :)

The pilot's necks is something about the generic pilots we found inside FlightGear; we did no changes on them... yet.

I hope i'll have time to model instruments in July. Real life (work & studies) is hard these days...!
