Radar: Fixed that ACM when checking ray against targets, the targets could be off by sometimes quite alot, especially far from horizon, due to wrong use of method.
Radar: Switched a couple of calls to use faster methods.
Sim: Fixed that getCartesianVelocity() was used wrongly 3 places including in missile code.
Sim: Made conversion to geo vector in vector.nas have meaningful magnitude since I have seemed to assume that when coding which lead to a couple of mistakes.
Sim: Switched name of two methods in vector.nas, this means all aircraft that make use of these 2 methods have to switch method. Mainly its in the mirage HUD and viggens light-manager and maybe other places too. The error in ACM was due to me getting confused over inconsistency in naming, so this had to be changed to avoid future confusion. Changed about 10 uses in the f16.
Sim: Removed test from vector.nas unitTest that required loading of scenery close to KINS, served its purpose anyway. Replaced with something simple.
