Hi emdc,
The A319 and A321 were removed temporarily until we can finish the A320 first, since they were in terms of FDM and systems, A320s with different 3D models. In order to minimize our workload and maximize the realism, we will finish the A320 first, then readd the A319 and A321. If you wish to use those two, bear in mind that they would be about six months out of date ;)

It would be great if there were two packages: A320 (updated) and A318/319/321 (out of date). That way people can use all planes and don‘t have to decide to be outdated or updated. We could have the A318/319/321 parallel to the always updated A320.

AFAIK you can go into the git commit history and download a version before they were taken out.

If you are volunteering to keep the A318/319/321 parallel... go ahead? :P

TL,DR: No. @emdc

Since the only change in them was 3D, we opted to remove them. They used systems and flight dynamics from the 320, which I find extremely unrealistic, after discovering the amount of changes needed. They will be added as an expansion or built on closer to V1.0, or after.

The goal of this aircraft was to get as realistic as possible, and we had to remove the models to achieve that.

If you wish to use an older, buggy, and less realistic version, there will be absolutely no:
* Support from IDG
* Bugfixes or Workarounds from IDG
* Assistance/Tutorials from IDG
* Updates in any way from IDG

If you are okay with that, you are certainly welcome to use it if you prefer.

Regarding a separate package, IDG will not be providing one.
Also, I see no point in making a package, it would be downloading the old version, and deleting the A320 parts? (Although, it might cause missing parts, I do not know)

Kind Regards,
Josh

emdc:
Just use the git command `git clone` to download and then do `git reset --hard <commit id>` to jump to the wanted point in development.
The commit you're looking for has the id `f30d0f9c5d35072f1ffa0a45cd0dadcc3fe4a9e3` so do `git reset --hard f30d0f9c5d35072f1ffa0a45cd0dadcc3fe4a9e3`

I strongly advise against doing this, but proceed at your own risk.

why, josh? that takes them back in time to what they want... coming forward is just a simple pull... of course, the craft they want will go away again but oh well...

Since previous version (especially that old) WILL contain serious bugs that we have fixed since then.

And, you will loose all support from us as the moment a new revision is pushed, the old ones are completely unsupported by us to minimize confusion on bug-solving.

that is quite understandable... "proceed at your own risk" is expected ;)

Sorry, I must have not received or forgotten, as I haven't been able to properly work on the aircraft in some time. Where did you report it?

The best way to report issues is to add a GitHub issue, that way they will not be lost/forgotten/etc.

Kind Regards,
Josh
