New Tanegashima airport(RJFG) shows terrain clipped over runway.
Is there any way to fix or report this problem?

No, sorry. There are many airports with terrain growing through the airfield.
Thats a bug of terragear at the time WS 2.0 was build.
I hope this bug is fixed if WS 3.0 will be build.
