Hello, as a preface, I am extremely happy with Flightgear as a flight sim. The weather system is incredible in detail and in how clouds are displayed.
I would like to know if anyone has any advice on producing the best clouds in Flightgear using the menu options or even by adjusting application files.
I am experiencing a small visual "glitch" where the clouds will follow the view of the pilot. For example, if I were to rotate my pilot's view from the left to right, any clouds in view would change their position in a strange way to follow the angle of the pilot.
Also, I have experienced a sort of visual "cliIpping" when inside a cloud layer that will abruptly cut off the cloud boundary when viewing close to the aircraft.
If there is no way to actually stop these very small issues, it is not the end of the world, just curious how people with decent computer rigs have their clouds set up. Thanks!
