Upgrade my graphic card

Hello friends! Well i read the graphic card issues and also i found some graphic card list in the website of FG but...the NVIDIA list shows graphic cards that i couldnt find in my city. A technician told me that GTX model needs an improvement in many hardwares of my PC. In other way the website shows AMD R7 n R9 as recommended ... i have an AMD Radeon HD6450 and i would like to know if the R7 or R9 will make a great diference in visual experience and wich one could be more powerful than my 6450. **the FG ver i use is 3.0 because i tried to use the lastest but is too much to my graphic card.

My pc is corei3 4GB Ram win7 64bits my pc graphic card slot is pciex16.

Thanks in advance
