"Smeared" scenery.

I've searched on this and the thing that looks the closest is the "glacier bug".

Basically the scenery east of LAX is "smeared" in a way that looks like the "glacier bug". Same with areas around Logan Boston.

Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? I've had this on all versions of FG so far (currently on 3.0 or whatever was created around February this year - not the latest version) and it slows down my frame rate to close to zero.

AMD quad core CPU, AMD Radeon card, Win 7 x64.

Could you post pics if possible? TerraSync or 1.x?

Terrasync, and yes, I'll try to get a pic up tonight or tomorrow.

Btw, I've deleted scenery a couple of times and rebuilt and it's always been the same.

No, it's due to the complexity of OSM data. Read again the world scenery 2.01 release annoucement:
wiki.flightgear.org/FlightGear_World_Scenery_2.0#Known_bugs_and_limitations , 3rd point.
Reduce the urban shader slider to the left until they disappear.
