Good day, folks!
Sorry if I clone some questions which already there. I am developing "my" flight controller and have discovered flightgear.
I think that it will be beautiful if my custom "autopilot" application will put control data to flightgear as reaction on flightgear's sensor data.
It will allow me to do some kind of autotests or visualisation (and no need to use real hardware).
The question: is it possible that flightgear clocking my app?
In my imagination flightgear put to my app sensor data of accels, gyrs, magnetometers for example at freq of 400 Hz, gps data at freq of 5 Hz
(it may be not real Hertz), the main thing that after receiving the next data packet, my app update its state and return "control packet" to flightgear (if there is no next "control packet" simulation must pause and wait for it).
Or better solution is to interact with standalone jsbsim directly and use flightgear as visualisator?
Or maybe better embed jsbsim in my app at my purpose?
Sorry for my English. Thank you for attention)
