Interfacing flight gear and Simulink on macOS

Postby enriqueyow » Sun Jun 28, 2020 8:43 am

Hello,

Recently I have switched from Windows to macOS and for that I have some problem trying to animate my Simulink model on flight gear. I am not yet familiar with the macOS. :(

I used to run the file 'runfg.bat' on windows and then run the Simulink model. I tried to do the same on macOS using runfg.sh file generated by Simulink "generate run script" to try to launch Flight gear. Yet, I am getting errors: no such file directory found.

Is there anyone here who knows how to interface flight gear with Matlab Simulink?

I'm running it on macOS Catalina 10.15.5, fligh gear 2018.3.5, Matlab r2019b.

Thank you in advance for the help.

Apparently the runfg.sh generated by Simulink worked! Not sure why it didn't work at the beginning.

Hi and welcome Enrique!

It's always best when you find your own solutions :-) I don't use Mac, but if you run into any other Simulink problems, feel free to ask!
