Phi on a Second Machine

Connecting two computers, using generic protocol, connecting with Matlab?

Phi on a Second Machine

I'm just a casual Flightgear user with very little coding experience so it's not surprising this has me stumped.

A few weeks ago, I discovered Phi--I ran it and was able to get the webpanel in the browser on a second machine. I could also log into it on my phone. I fired it up today, and I can still get the panel on my local browser (on the computer running flightgear), but I can no longer get it on my phone or my other computer. Has something changed? I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 on my Flightgear machine if that matters...

Exactly what message/error do you see inside the not working browsers?

are you using the proper host name or IP and port?
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Typical routers change your IP Address unfortunately. Check your local IP address again.
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.
