In this tutorial: http://www.flightgear.org/Docs/getstart/getstartch7.html#x13-1130007.7.2 it is suggested that we use this command for landing practice:
fgfs –offset-distance=5 –altitude=1500 –vc=120 –timeofday=noon
I'm unable to run FlightGear on windows by running fgfs command directly (it says it can't find an instance of FlightGear and I probably need to install it). I was wondering if there is a way to the same thing using the FlightGear Wizard (in the Initial Position of Advanced settings).
