Artificial Horizon not working

Every thing in flight sim 2017.1.2 ver works except the Artificial Horizon on the Cessna 172p It is locked in a 12 degree right Turn

Are you sure you started up the plane properly?

If you're sure you have,
-Try Autostart.
-If nothing works, post here with a pic of the Aircraft Options dialog.
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.

The Artificial Horizon is powered by vacuum. It needs the motor running to work.
Also if you accidentally press the Caged button, lower right of the instrument, before starting the engine it gets stuck at an angle.

The Artificial Horizon can also get 'stuck' in that position after doing acrobatics. Which is a phenomenon which would happen in real live too. It takes (quite) some time of gentle flying to recover (more than 30 seconds).
