You mean in contrast to the English word originating from the Latin "invertere" (more or less literally meaning "turn upside down")? ;)

The Latin reading people here should feel free to correct me/add to it/confirm it.

Huh! They actually said "up and down" (probably meant to say "upside down")?!! :shock: :lol:
