My computer sometimes disconnects; everything is 'media disconnected'.
When it's fast, everything is connected.

But then we pay for 1 MB, which is pretty much the fastest in Venezuela.
They are laying 'fiber optic' cables.
I hope.
You never know -- but anyway, considering there's been a bridge fallen down on a main route for two weeks.... and a mall 'in construction' in my town for ten years... and the 'biggest hospital in Latin America' for five? (And still only basic concrete pillars in the hospital).

wireless comms is hampered by any sort of electrical radio broadcasts in the area... noisy fluorescent lighting... generators starting... AC starting... bad grounding on power transmission lines... etc... we had to troubleshoot a problem at one of our satellite dish installations... we spent weeks on it and then we found out that the location was right in the middle of the path where microwave transmission was being used between some telco points... there was no way to provide any way of shielding from that...

wired connections are always better than wireless... they're normally twice as fast and wireless tries to cover this up by saying things like "104mb compared to 100mb for wired" but they don't tell you that it is only 52mb in one direction whereas the wired is 100mb in both directions... wired connections are also not affected by microwave or noisy generators or lights or similar... i can easily knock our wireless stuff out simply by heating something in the microwave oven...

further discussion is likely better off in another area...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."
