do you mean the wrightFlyer1903 in FGAddon? there are both, UIUC and JSBSim, flavors...
there is also the 1905 WrightFlyer III in the same directory with a JSBSim FDM...
the headers in the -set.xml files say they were last updated in 2002...
the header in the wrightFlyer1903.xml and wrightFlyer1905.xml JSBSim FDM files say they were created in 2015...
in the launcher, go to the Aircraft tab and in the search box to the upper right, type in "wright" (without the quotes) and you should see the UIUC flavor of the 1903 craft listed... use the drop box beside that craft's title to see the other two craft and select one of them... you might need to click on the "Browse" button left of the search box and click on the "Adjust minimum ratings" option at the very top to be able to see all available craft... or you can turn off the ratings filter via the switch on the top left of the "Browse" page...
NOTE (if nosing about in the raw directories):- the paths given in the README.wrightFlyer1903.html file are incorrect now...
- there is no "wrightFlyer1903-v1-nl-uiuc-set.xml" file (any more?)...
- instead "wrightFlyer1903-set.xml" loads the UIUC flavor of the craft using the UIUC FDM...
- "wrightFlyer1903-jsbsim-set.xml" loads the JSBSim flavor...
- and "wrightFlyer1905-set.xml" loads the JSBSim flavor of that model...
- the *.dat files referenced now reside in the wrightFlyer1903 directory with the rest of the crafts' files...

"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."
