Well there are four factors lead to left turning tendency, so it maybe change to 'Left Turning Tendency'.

depending on the rotation direction of the engine, the P-factor can push your craft to the left or to the right... the main push of P-factor definitely depends on the engine rotation... that's why counter rotating engines in dual or quad engine craft help to eliminate P-factor...
