What did you use for the blood ?

Katharina found the recipe in the internet - it's a mixture of potato starch, cocoa and red food coloring. It's actually edible (though not tasty) - for extra effect one can put it into the mouth and spit it out. And it's fairly washable...

In spite of the generally difficult environment for movie-making, we're gradually moving forward - here's episode 4 of A Sword and his Hero - Love, containing an exchange of philosophical nature between the weapon and its wielder:

There should be English and Finnish subtitles available, let me know if that doesn't work for some reason!

Nice, I had been waiting for the next one. Interesting comparisons, without giving spoilers.

We're at the DVD cover art for the 7th movie - basically it is finished, sadly we have no idea when Corona-restrictions will be on the level that we can actually have a live premiere (the online premiere was sort of okay, but had zero DVD sales - which is a low point in all premieres we ever had...)

So it'll be coming... eventually.

Outstanding, best episode yet. I thought the camera cuts were really good and the flow of the story was excellent. This was impressive work. Every episode is an improvement over the prior ones and the story line is keeping me interested. I got those scary chills during the scenes with the troll outside the cabin and the first sighting. I found myself really annoyed with the hunter once he figured out he was the cause but opted to not give the ring back. I was left with a good feeling in the end when we find out he did the right thing. I liked the end as the two walked down the trail with the understanding they needed to trust each other.
Really nice!

I'm actually proud of the camera work myself - we had a very static scene where the hunter ponders what to do in the end, and my concept was to bring some dynamics in by moving the camera a lot (of course it did help that Tomi is a semi-professional theater actor who did manage to produce all the facial expressions we needed without much ado...) - and that really worked out nicely.

Same feeling. Editing really improved over the episodes.
If I understood well, the Raven knight Mordor look alike will come in the next episode?

Yes - though the identity of the Raven King won't be revealed till the one after the next.

It took a while - we had this nearly finished, but then had to do all the scenes for Cliodhna VIII once the sppring weather had arrived, so it was delayed, but here's the next episode of 'A Sword and his Hero' - 'Helene' - in which we meet an old acquaintance of the sword.

And see the Hero do some heroic work...
