Since we have gotten a considerable flow of traffic in here I thought it would be nice if we had one of these topics. The new guys can introduce themselves and the veterans can announce when they come back.

Hello.

I have to leave for some time because of depression. I started pharmacotherapy, as psychotherapy didn't work, because I wasn't even feeling well enough to talk to the psychologist. After a few days of pharmacotherapy, I feel a little better and at least I can sleep all night.

I hope to recover in a few months. Thank you for being a great community. Bye.

Regards,

Maciek

My deepest, most sincere wish for a prompt and complete recovery.
Take care of yourself, and don't pressure yourself or let anyone push you into a "speedy recovery" : take the time you need :)
Best wishes,
Nic

I guess I could post that I'm new.

Only starting posting in the last couple of days. Nice to see that there's a community for FlightGear that is so inviting :)

heres a quick email from MDTERP (rob).
As he is unable to spend as much time here recently i decided to catch up with him.

Hey there Alex...

Thanks for the well wishes, and I hope the same is true for you.

Yes, health here is fine, and family is well. Time is definitely limited. I did manage to join one MP event for about an hour last weekend or the weekend before, but had to cut out abruptly. I was so annoyed that I had to be so rude, that I considered that it might have been better not to even try! ::sigh::

But anyway, overall, things are well here, and I miss talking to you and all of the forumites. Please send them all my best wishes and let them know I hope to be playing and modeling again come Summer.

Cheers,
-R.

I suppose I'm returning.

I won't post as much as my early days (Has it really been a year and a half?) but I'll be on. Think of me as the guy who falls asleep in class, but occasionally makes some comments. ;)

Although I check the forums almost every day, I don't spend much time on flying, so I'm not really back yet. Unfortunately, I have even more mental problems - not only depression, but also hallucinations. I'll probably go to a psychiatric hospital soon. I'm not sure when I come back.

I decided to organize an event before the hospitalization - check the multiplayer events section. ;)

Maciek
