More than 3.5 million downloads of FlightGear in Baixaki site, just an idea of how popular this simulator in Brazil.

That's pretty interesting.

I am wondering however, why we don't have 3.5 million airplanes in MP.. :P

OK... I say that... but I myself haven't been on FG for some time already :(

Also it's so nice to see that 21% of the Brazilian downloads in that month were by Linux users, by far the highest percentage of any country in that list!

Last night I wrote to the Baixaki website so they do update the page that FlightGear is compatible with Windows10, I received the answer today Luccas Fonseca, Group Content Wizard NZN (Baixaki).
I'm not having access to the website at the time, this computer I am restricting my access, but as Luccas the information page where you will find the FlightGear for download has been updated.

Email follows below in Pt-Br.

Luccas M. Fonseca

This is normal, sometimes MP becomes tiresome, unattractive

Well sometimes I like the chatter on MP if nothing else. But my problem is that I haven't been spending what little time on my home computer at all - only at work to go on this forum...

I believe this is the topic that shows the number of Brazilians who have or have had passion for FG.
I would also like to thank in particular the Gilberto (gsagostinho) for their dedication and work, especially in Brazil.
I'm moving away from this Forum for personal reasons, if friends here I did not, I believe also have no enemies, at least I do not think any of the members of this Forum as my enemy.
At this time I want is me fun and find another hobby, and consequently a new learning and this will only get but have to be away from here.

Hi Emerson,

I'm sad to hear that you are leaving.

Just so others realise: You have been one of the most prolific scenery building modellers. You've contributed a number of airport buildings of spectacular quality.

If you ever decide to come back to the forum, or if you decide you can still contribute scenery models, I'm sure you'll be welcomed with open arms.

I hope your new hobby is a fulfilling one.

Best regards,

Vic

Hi Emerson,
I'm also sad that you are leaving, as other great scenery developers with the same fate in FG. Brazil is a big country where, despite your numerous works and buildings, still needs a lot more to do. You made a lot, currently on the TOP contributors list, so i've to congratulate and thank for your work, and hope you will have good experience in new hobbies and life.
I've the same opinion, that always or sporadically (as your wish) you can contribute to scenemodels (or any other factor in FG). Its possible that in the future we'll need help from your experience to new possible developers in Brazil and near countries.

Best regards,
Catalanoic
