A little about how I feel toward mainstream FM radio stations...

Hey! Your radio station plays the same 12 songs every hour for six months! F*** you! Hire a new DJ!

Ahhh now that that's off my chest, let's rock:

Thanks man!
Nearly forgot that I have that Morphine record! Ransacked my collection, found it, blew off the dust, and now let it blow me off!

Ciao,

hi

It is often said: "We are never better served than by yourself." So most of the time I listen to my own music :)

Haha that's awesome helijah! Do you use MIDI? Reminds me of my days composing for my short-lived attempt at majoring in music. Turns out I'd rather just play in bars and Chinese restaurants for free kung pow chicken.

P.S. Viva la France!

Yes it's in MidiFile (with a Korg DW 8000 as keyboard)and worst of all has been done there are at least 15 years: (Unfortunately I did not really have time to do it again. I must to have more 185 songs in a drawer. Someday can be :)

Thanks Spitfirebruce! I find Chance Waters particularly awesome. There's some sick rhymes coming from Down Under!

Now for a classic:

I suppose the music one finds good to fly to is all a matter of which mood you wish to create. For example, I'm somewhat drunk on Canadian whiskey, and right now I find myself in Canadian airspace. Therefore I feel like some drunken sludge metal or old skool hard rock. Something with a heavy groove and repeating riffs, the kind of tunes that put you in what I call a "guitar trance."

In other words, Orange Goblin and Monster Magnet:

I'm not usually one for dubstep but damn! That track is catchy! Almost as good as Pegboard Nerds :D

I'm feelin' super funky:

Theslayerbudgie, ever heard of Shaolin Jazz? It's an experiment by Wu Tang Clan that explores the parallels between jazz and hip-hop. Oh and in true Wu Tang fashion, there's plenty of influence from kung-foo movies. It's f***ing sick.
