that was pretty cool... need to find that livery as well! :) :) :)

would like to find that flight plan, too... the default FGFS routing from EGFF to KFLL goes up and over the top of the earth rather than down toward LPAZ and then across to KFLL
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

i found the flight plan that was filed... it is pretty close but FGFS is snippy about it... especially when it comes to more than one way point with the same name... that algorithm that selects the closest one works OK until you go to edit the list and add altitudes... in any case, i do have pretty much the EGFF->KFLL route that was shown in the video... at least what was officially filed... i'll be trying to get the other three or four flight plans set in routes, over the next week or so...

Inexpensive DIY motion platform:

/* video was deleted upstream */

Sorry about that, the amusement level was only minor anyway.

All this hype in the War Thunder world about their so-called Dagor Engine 4 for "The most realistic sky rendering ever in a video gaming" is really funny. Why don't they just hire Thorsten???...
P.S. I tried it and on the graphics level I have to use its only so-so, whereas I can get brilliant vizzies with fg on the same pc.
Mind you the Golden Hind April Fool's day event is really funny.
Especially as *it* *aint* April* *Fool's* *Day* *yet*
Which makes War Thunder the fool.
