https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planck_time (tldr: 5*10^-44s is the shortest possible time interval measurement of our universe)
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.

the only problem is that 10^44 and 10^-44 are not the same... unless that's another joke embedded in the current one... or is it just someone's typo?
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

I think it was not a typo. I'll try to explain using more familiar numbers.
Assume that the shortest possible time interval in your Universe is 1/100th of a second (10^-2 s).
Then it is impossible for events to occur (and thus be observed) more than a 100 times in a second (10^2 events/s).

See how the ^-2 and ^2 relate?

So.. yes, It was a clever joke inside of a joke.

Let's tokenize everything!

While our fellow Eagle was struggling with an adverse frame rate, a thought come to my mind.

Since some of use sporadically have plenty and enough frame rate, we could blockchain some and tokenise them.
Then we could exchange with whom more is in need...

No, if anything, we crowd source them... don't fall in the bad habits.
