Expand data/Airports/apt.dat.gz and you'll find all the frequencies, at the end of each airport's listing. Bring your own decimal point. :)

Thanks,

Sorry for not being clearer, but I was regarding generic issues. For example, the HUD waypoint no longer shows the WPT name, however instead there is "*Ubx" or something along those lines. Also, some figures on the HUD show "......True", where 'true' should actually be omitted. I am not sure how the <label> has changed in the HUD, but it'll be nice to find a fix for it.

I installed V20101227 this afternoon. It appeared to freeze on "creating directories" again, but instead of killing the process I went to lunch for about an hour and when I came back install was complete. I guess patience really is a virtue.

Pros: It's the easiest way to get a GIT version of FlightGear.
No messing around with third party software.

Cons: It doesn't come with the full fgdata repository. At least not all of the aircraft. So if you want them you have to install msysgit and clone the full fgdata yourself.

Running Win XP SP3 32bit

Now we just need one of these for Linux...

Thanks for all the hard work!

There already is something for Linux. At least for Debian based Distris. Not a graphical installer, but I find it even better. Just run a script and wait till it's done. Additionally there's another way mentioned in that wiki-page...
...and you get the whole fgdata-dir!

...or you could always do it the old-fashioned way and use git clone/git pull. ;)

It's not exactly a new release. It's a snapshot of the working progress towards the new release. This is how it is by December 19th 2010.
At the end of the first page, there's another link, a snapshot made one week later... 27-12-2010

On the side it says you are running Vista. Feel free to report if it works for you! We didn't have any comments on how it installs on Vista.

but terrasync don't work...I dont know if i made everything correct, but in the normal version, you could open a seperate terraysync-window...i was always wondering about that, cause i heared from many people, that you only have to mark the terrysync-box. Anyways, i saw a tutorial on youtube, which telled me, that i have to open a seperate terrasync-windoe. And with tis Wondow it worked. But now i can not open this window. It is coming up for a part of a second and then it is away. Dont know what the problem is...

Did you set a terrasync directory? I'd recommend using one outside your FlightGear installation. This way you can use it for more than one snapshot release. Example: I've installed the snapshots directly onto D:\ . So I have 2 dirs sth.like D:\FG-2010-12-19 and D:\FG-2010-12-27. These are the different snapshots of FlightGear. Additionally I have D:\terrasync . This is where I let terrasync download all data into. I can now use it for both installations as scenery-folder.
Which means I have to put in this directory into the wizard (on the first page). And don't forget to click on the terrasync button below the field, where you can input your scenery-folders. It all happens on the first page of the FlightGear Wizard (press previous until you're there)

Sorry for posting it in 3 different topics, at first I thought it was just because of my mistake and it would be quickly solved in the GCHI scenery thread.

I've found out that with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600, the shared models are displayed properly on FG 2.0.0, but not on the developer snapshot release from 2011-01-25. Take look at them:

FG 2.0.0:

FG 2011-01-25:

Here's the thread I started for this problem: viewtopic.php?f=37&t=10973
