I take it you're launching from FGRun...
You need to set your FGFS networking / multiplayer stuff so that your hostname is not used in the parameters but, rather, your LAN IP address (probably begins with 192. or 10.). Alternatively, if you know what you're doing, you could set up your perimeter router (or other relevant network kit) to enable it to resolve your machine's hostname.
