Do look up OPRF. I have flown with them doing just that a few times. :)

I would like to know if it was possible to play a dogfight like lock on with air to air or air to ground missile ?

once again, OPRF... you could have already been flying dogfights days ago ;)
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

I downloaded aircraft of OPRF and I cannot do dogfight.

How to dogfight against artificial intelligence on flightgear?

If I remeber correctly, FG has not fighting AI planes. Dogfights are only in multiplayer sessions. This is not DCS...

you have to do these things on the OPRF server and they have to have their AI flying... you should join the OPRF discord, too, so you can arrange flight times with them so they can maybe have their AI targets flying...

Is there dogfight scenery or dogfight scenario ?

You don't need OPRF, just a plane supporting it. Try the mirage-2000, github version:

https://github.com/5H1N0B11/flightgear-mirage2000

In the menu Mirage-2000 -> Training, you'll find Lt. Endo and Capt. Tom to give you hard times!

Cheers,
Chris.
