Hi,
I have at last a working setup for VATSIM with squawkgear, avc and SB747 but the sound quality is really bad. It's often impossible to understand waht the controllers are saying.
I'm hesitant to start using VATSIM for thjis reason.
Is it normal that the sound quality is bad and if so is there anything that can be done to improve it? I've tried changing between Wave and DirectSound but no improvement.

- what FlightGear version do you use?

VATSIM sound quality
