Code: Select all
<div class="mainbar">
          <iframe onload="iFrameHeight()"   id="blockrandom"
   name=""
   src="[insert link]&amp;nomenu"
   width="760"
   height="760"
   scrolling="no"
   class="wrapper" >
   No Iframes</iframe>

I copied this from the FGUK website, some parts of the code might not do anything but it does work.
The engine is the heart of an aeroplane, but the pilot is its soul.
