A380 Nav Issue with FG 2.0 on Fedora 13

Postby stoaty » Tue Jul 06, 2010 12:46 pm

Am trying to follow the A380 tutorial through on FG 2 as packaged with Fedora 13, but happening whether in tutorial or normal flying. When entering destination airport into the cockpit computer, then selecting runway, then pressing 'SID' button, am always getting 'ARPT NOT IN DB' - even though I have downloaded (and can see) the scenery for areas I am trying. All airports seem to do the same - what am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Are SIDs implemented? I thought that was in-progress.

Hey,

Scott did implement SID's, but you have to download the necessary files for your Airport manually(Due to copyright issues). I think there should be a readme in the A380/FMS folder that should help you download the stuff.
