Yoke movement doesn't match control surfaces

Postby Lamamama9612 » Mon Aug 08, 2022 5:00 pm

Hello there,

I am quite new to the sim, so bear in mind. I'm playing on Mac and play on version 2020.3.13. My problem (affects all aircraft I own) is that whenever I takeoff, climb, or doing anything in general, i have to use an extreme amount of yoke (specifically to the right) to keep the plane level, and i have to max out the yoke to the right at slower speeds or when I'm coming in for landing. Now I found the reason why my planes where doing this, which was due to the fact that even though my yoke was center, my ailerons were in opposite directions (though not all the way). Is there a fix to this problem?

Thanks,
Mr.Lama

Might be a good idea to open the joystick config dialog and double check if A) the yoke axes are mapped correctly, B) the yoke position is read correctly. Both can be corrected by editing the config file.
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.

I edited the config files a little and looks like they work. Thank you.
