I flew it in the Navy. Fdm is pretty good. Sound is more like what you would hear from the ground during a flyover. When cruising with canopy shut, should be more of a soft "put"/"put". Arrests fine. Like real plane, doesn't cat, but deck launches. The one thing I don't like is that it takes a long time for the engine rpm to drop and its sound sound to subside, when throttle is cut. Otherwise, not a bad model, and everything seems to work properly. :)

Thanks much for conversation
I didn't make to the T-28- Aerobatics got me before I got that far---Still in my blood tho and want to fly the T 34 and T28 in FG. Got the T 28 flying the other day but the throttle was inactive to had to abort the session--Haven't been able to start before in efforts to fly and haven't been able to start it since.
Thanks again-would like to continue this conversation.

It should Autostart, under "T28D" in the f10 menu.
What stick are you using? You should also be able to reset it to its default setting, using "joystick configuration" under "File" in the F10 menu.

"North American T28D Trojan" should be displayed top right in menu at the top of the screen. If menu's not there, click F10 to display.
Is "Autostart" missing in your f10 menu, or just not working ?
T28 will also start pressing "}", then "s".

I think we need to ensure that we're talking about the same aircraft first. Where did you get the T28 from ? Did you install it from the launcher, or did you download it from somewhere in the web ? In the former case, please tell us the EXACT name of the aircraft as it is displayed in the launcher. In the latter case, please post a link to where one can download it ! :)
