Citation X - speed selection

It seems simple, but not for me :/
How to set speed on Citation X?
I have always PFD set to 250.

On the PAF Team CitationX, if you are in any speed-controlled mode other than V/S (to the best of my memory), you can use the UP/DN wheel to adjust your target speed.
There are free alternatives to (almost) every program you encounter. You just have to find them.
