Is there any free apps/websites that i can use to make a VOR to VOR flight plan? Like showing me the VOR frequencies and courses that i should follow?

I mostly fly a fighter jet or helicopter, but my favorite web site for flight planning for sure is Skyvector.com. Here is an example route along some VOR/DME beacons from Anatolya to Istanbul.

You can also find fresh METARs and airport data, but please do double check available runways and frequencies with the map in FlightGear . The databases in FlightGear are more than a half decade old by now, and sadly it seems that getting all that data is likely not possible these days due to licensing.

You can easily recheck using the fgfs multiplayer online map:
http://mpmap02.flightgear.org/

(Activate nav in the bottom bar to see the navaids)

If You want only VOR to VOR navigation, try Little Nav Map. Create Your flightplan, then You can open generated flightplan in the Skyvector and from the Skyvector export to the .gpx file usable in the FG.
When You use A320family, You can use online planner SimBrief integration on the INIT-A page for automatic download FP from SimBrief.

Thanks! I will try! For A320, i use simbrief and get some waypoints to add in F-PLN page after i set required SIDs and STARs, i don't know is this the normal procedure tho.

Yes, that is perfectly OK. SimBrief uses airways and its entry and outlet waypoints.
