Cessna 172, Take off spinning out of control

Postby walakaka » Thu Oct 15, 2020 4:23 pm

Hi everyone,

Flightgear 2018.3.6.
Windows 10

Cessna 172 keeps spinning out of control during take off.
I am unable to keep it centre. Could this be a bug?

When I restart Flight Gear application, I would be able to take off (keep the plane centre with rudder controls) for the first flight.
When restarting the tutorial (without restarting Flight Gear), keying 0 would cause the plane to vie left, and keying "enter" causes the plan to vie right. As the speed picks up, the plane loses control and spins and crashed.

I have tried reducing the input from 0.05 to 0.03 but it doesn't make a difference.
I noticed forums saying that the axis might be unstable, but I think this is only applicable to joystick?

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Currently using keyboard for rudder controls. Using the mouse for aileron + elevator.

Thanks in advance everyone!

Regards
