Radio comms as text?

Is there an option or add-on that makes radio comms available as text, similar to captions on a TV?

I remember years ago being able to activate that option for ATIS at least, but I think it was in MSFS. Does Flightgear have the same capability?

My last Sunday flight, I remember the radio text showing up at the top of the screen in red letters.
