The numbers shown on the satellite images? Or how do you show them?

  1. Go to http://mpmap02.flightgear.org
  2. Navigate to and zoom in on relevant airport
  3. Click the "nav" tab below the list of pilots
  4. Click the button with the eye
  5. Labels with lots of useful data will show up :)
  6. Click the button with the trash can to remove the labels

Johan, thank you for that, however I have been using it fora long time. It is the runway number and runway headings in this map that disagree with Route Manager and the other map (Map 1 in Equipment). It seems it's a 'live with it situation.

This may seem a silly question but are the altitudes shown In FP in RM MSL or AGL. I only ask because on VFR sectionals what I have always assumed were MSL have been marked AGL.

I would assume they are MSL.

What features are you referring to? Some heights are elevations (in essence height above MSL), some are AGL (typically heights of obstacles).[1]

Normally you simply have a number which according to VFR detail are safe altitudes to give a clearance of 300ft. Some have MSL or AGL with the number which is the confusing thing. I know there are various safety levels depending on which class of airport and approach.
