At 3,000 ft, I can't get over 110 knots. MP: 23 RPM: 2450 FF: 14. What am I missing?

The Skylane should be able to cruise at 140 KTS at 80% power.
So yes, something is questionable. Have you fully retracted your flaps?

Flaps retracted. Nothing else I can spot that's not right. I have a few hours in this aircraft. The flight model is very good for the most part.

Hi, did you close the cowl flaps (as requested by the cruise checklist) ?

Had the same thing with flaps up and cowl flaps closed. Cruise speed 110kts or so.

Have to recheck if this is still the case.
