Cessna P172 Take Off goes on left

Postby fulviot66 » Tue Jun 19, 2018 8:37 pm

Hi Guys,
I'm a newbie of FlightGear and I'm trying to pilot a Cessna P172 SkyHawk, honestly with too difficults.
My realty experience in the cockpit of a Cessna 172P was little bit different.
When I was 14 my father was a commercial pilot and take me with him for little flight aorund the Vercelli airport.
He was teach me how to take off straight the runway.
The secret is compensate the drift with the rudder, so using both pedals.
I really don't remember the airplane drift to the left like in the sim FlightGear, maybe there are some settings wrong in my software installation?
Is there a trim leverage to correct this drift to the left during the take off or during the fly?
Many thanks in advance and good flying to all.

Hi,
This was corrected in the next release, which will be included in the next version of FlightGear.

Thanks,
Jonathan
