Stampe elevator twitchy

Stampe biplane elevator is twitchy when plane is inverted! Has twitchy elevator in common with several Flightgear planes that don't tale kindly to being flown upside down!
Try to invert the B1900 it'll throw you off like a bucking bronco!
The Alphajet is a real challenge to control during inverted flight through Moffat hangar! Gave up trying!
