EC-130 Rotor Brake

Hello, I am trying to fly the EC-130 B4. To start the helicopter, you need to take the rotor brake lock off. (alt-r). However, when I try to turn off the brake, it says "Rotor Brake Locked!!" How do I fix this?

maybe it is ALT-R (capital R)? have you tried hitting CTRL-C to turn on the hot spot highlighting? that may show you a switch on the rotor lever that needs to be moved... in the one that i saw like that, you had to look carefully and click on the right spot to flip that switch... then the lever would move...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."

Was it that on Mac Alt key combinations did not work? Anyway, there's a clickspot in the cockpit for the purpose which you should be able to use instead.

The trick that worked for me was switching the seats. From co-pilot's seat it was much easier to unlock the lever.
