I downloaded the Airbus neo series a couple of days ago, I noticed that some main controls were not animated and working. I have yet to even get the beast off the ground. Any solutions?

I would suggest trying out the IDG-A32X and IDG-A33X instead:

These two aircraft are currently in development by IDG, and the aim is to make free study-level aircraft out of them.

Which A320neo did you download? Did you download the A320neo or the IDG-A32X?
