waypoint altitudes 777-300

Postby bob755 » Mon Nov 06, 2017 8:41 am

Hi,

I set a waypoint with an altitude in the route manager (eg. TIGER@5000) so the the aircraft would descend to 5000ft. Both lnav and vnav were selected on the AP but the aircraft did not descend.
Is this feature not implemented in the 777-300?

Descending is not yet implemented in VNAV (except for starting the descent to the runway at top of descent). It's on my longlist of things I 'd want to improve, but feel free to look into it!
