Best Computer

Postby jestepp65 » Sat Sep 30, 2017 2:46 am

Hello,

I am searching for a new computer for college. Can someone tell me if they have a computer (Exact model and brand) that they use with FG and it doesn't lag at all. Everything goes as smooth as can and the graphics are good.
Best Regards,

i5-3570 @ 3.4
12GB DDR3
GTX 960 4GB OC

Consistent 60FPS with near max settings, 1080P resolution. Anything equal or better will perform the same or better.

Kind Regards,

Bear in mind that it0uchpods built his computer himself. This is the (I was going to say easiest, but maybe not!) best soloution, as you can get exactly what you want and probably save a bit too. But you usually don't get a warranty and you have to assemble it yourself. However, presuming you do your research on youtube, google, and these forums it should be easy enough.

However, I must say that I have not yet found a "branded" computer under six hundred pounds that has performance anywhere near what it0uchpods has. If you want performance, you have to pay for it.

No. There are thousands of computers that will work. Why don't you select one, and we'll tell you if it's a good choice or not.

i've been using Gigabyte and ASUS motherboards with AMD CPU chips, GSkill RAM, and NVIDIA video cards... put it together in some compatible case with a good strong 500+ watt power supply and a reliable SATA hard drive of whatever size and you've got a good decent machine... depending on how much money you can spend, the video card may be as much as the rest of the system... i have no clue about a monitor as i still use an old CRT monitor but am looking to remedy that soonish...
"You get more air close to the ground," said Angalo. "I read that in a book. You get lots of air low down, and not much when you go up."
"Why not?" said Gurder.
"Dunno. It's frightened of heights, I guess."
