I heard there was a Concorde V2 that is not on the launcher that i would have to install manually. Where is the download link?

There are 3 basic Concorde version :
1. default with poor interior textures and some bugs from fgaddons downloadable via launcher
2. version with 3D instruments from fgmembers git hub, this one has many bugs
3. my version from https://github.com/BAWV12/Concorde. This one is retextured and debuged fgaddons version

It doesn't have a good chance unless they make some changes. But it would be an awesome plane to fly for me :)

I know. The new air safety regulations are very hard, many systems of Concorde must be reworked or changed. There are not test facilities for existing systems, no original spare parts, no simulator for pilot training, etc. Chance to return to the flight is very very low, IMHO near zero for full operational supersonic passenger airliner state. And which bird should be used ? G-BOAE (now on Grantley at Barbados, probably in the best condition), or G-BOAC somewhere at Manchester ?

BTW, my git version for FG has special livery for Save Concorde Group based on G-BOAE :)
